The Venetian Chapter

This October, TSC invites you to experience Venice from the inside.

For a few days, members and selected guests gather around craftsmanship, culture, and the traditions that have shaped the art of living for centuries.

The weekend begins with an intimate evening among members and collaborators, setting the tone for days defined by meaningful conversation and shared discovery.

From contemporary bespoke with London tailor Loreta Verikas to rare encounters with some of Venice's most enduring creative traditions, the experience moves through worlds that are seldom accessible from the outside.

It concludes with a candlelit supper in a historic palazzo on the Grand Canal, hosted by Mimi Todhunter, in support of Fondazione Città della Speranza.

A few days in Venice. Craftsmanship, friendship, and the quiet glamour of the lagoon.

The World Comes to Venice

The Sartorial Club has long called Florence its Italian home. Now, Venice steps forward.

For centuries, the world has gathered in this city of palazzi and canals. Merchants, artists, and travellers arrived here, bringing cultures and ideas that shaped the character of the lagoon.

Today, Venice becomes the Club’s second Italian hub—a place where members gather when the world comes together.

The world comes to Venice. So do we.

A Convergence of Craftsmanship and Culture

We believes craftsmanship rarely exists in isolation.

Tailoring leads to textiles. Textiles lead to interiors. Interiors lead to hospitality, wine, art, and the traditions that shape the art of living.

This October in Venice, these worlds come together around one table.

London Bespoke Meets Venetian Elegance

For this Venetian weekend, The Sartorial Club welcomes London-based bespoke tailor Loreta Verikas.

Her work draws on the discipline and craftsmanship of Savile Row, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility and a distinctive focus on the female silhouette.

Traveling from London for the Club, she brings her practice to Venice for a rare encounter with modern bespoke.

An approach rooted in tradition, yet evolving beyond convention, where London craftsmanship meets Venetian elegance.

    Bespoke Tailoring, Without Boundaries

At the heart of the weekend, Loreta Verikas hosts a private bespoke trunk show for members and selected guests.

Her approach draws on the discipline of Savile Row while embracing the language of haute couture. Each commission begins with a personal consultation and her distinctive hand-drawn illustration, capturing the first vision of the garment before it is shaped through cloth, pattern, and fittings.

While known for redefining bespoke for women, the experience is open to both women and men. Jackets, suits, dresses, and couture pieces are created with equal precision, each entirely individual.

A rare encounter with bespoke as both craft and expression.
