The Venetian Chapter

This October, The Sartorial Club invites you to experience Venice from within.

Your journey begins with an intimate evening among members and selected guests, setting the tone for a weekend shaped by craftsmanship and connection.

From there, the experience turns personal. London-based tailor Loreta Verikas travels to Venice for a private bespoke trunk show, offering a rare opportunity to begin creating garments shaped entirely around you.

The weekend concludes with a candlelit supper in a historic palazzo along the Grand Canal, hosted by renowned salonnière Mimi Todhunter, in support of a reputable charity foundation.

A few days in Venice. New friendships, timeless craft, and the quiet glamour of the lagoon.

The World Comes to Venice

The Sartorial Club has long called Florence its Italian home. Now, Venice steps forward.

For centuries, the world has gathered in this city of palazzi and canals. Merchants, artists, and travellers arrived here, bringing cultures and ideas that shaped the character of the lagoon.

Today, Venice becomes the Club’s second Italian hub, a place where members gather when the world comes together.

The world comes to Venice. So do we.

London Bespoke Meets Venetian Elegance

For this Venetian weekend, The Sartorial Club welcomes London-based bespoke tailor Loreta Verikas.

Her work draws on the discipline and craftsmanship of Savile Row, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility and a distinctive focus on the female silhouette.

Traveling from London for the Club, she brings her practice to Venice for a rare encounter with modern bespoke.

An approach rooted in tradition, yet evolving beyond convention, where London craftsmanship meets Venetian elegance.

  • Opening Reception | Oct 22nd

TSC Cocktail Evening at a 5-Star Venetian Establishment

The weekend begins with an intimate reception hosted by The Sartorial Club in one of Venice’s most elegant settings.

The evening brings together the elements that shape the days ahead: a first introduction to the weekend’s collaborators, an encounter with contemporary bespoke, and the beginning of new connections within the Club.

A moment to connect, set the tone, and step into the Venetian chapter.

  • Bespoke Trunk Show | Oct 23-24th

    Bespoke Tailoring, Without Boundaries

At the heart of the weekend, Loreta Verikas hosts a private bespoke trunk show for members and selected guests.

Her approach draws on the discipline of Savile Row while embracing the language of haute couture. Each commission begins with a personal consultation and her distinctive hand-drawn illustration, capturing the first vision of the garment before it is shaped through cloth, pattern, and fittings.

While known for redefining bespoke for women, the experience is open to both women and men. Jackets, suits, dresses, and couture pieces are created with equal precision, each entirely individual.

A rare encounter with bespoke as both craft and expression.

  • Winery Visit & Vineyard Lunch | Oct 23rd

    A Day Beyond the City

Beyond the rhythm of Venice, the weekend extends into the Veneto countryside.

Hosted by a renowned winery, members are welcomed into the estate for a private visit of the vineyards and cellars, followed by a long lunch set among the vines.

An unhurried moment where wine, landscape, and conversation come together.

  • Charity Dinner on the Grand Canal | Oct 24th

In Support of a Reputable Charity Foundation

The weekend concludes with a private candlelit supper in a historic palazzo along the Grand Canal, hosted by Mimi Todhunter.

The evening features a wine pairing curated for the occasion, complementing a menu designed for the setting.

Gathered around one table, members and guests come together in support of a reputable charity foundation, culminating in a focused auction moment.

An intimate Venetian night where elegance, generosity, and shared purpose meet.
